Functionality was established in June, 1991 to provide analytical instrument service, support, training & sales to laboratories. The founders were working for a major analytical instrument manufacturer and realized there was more to support than sales and installation. They formed Functionality and started supporting all analytical instruments, regardless of the manufacturer, providing parts, maintenance, phone support, and training to keep the instrumentation operating properly. This allows the customer to have a system supported without the finger-pointing involved when two or more companies try to maintain and repair a system.

Includes source cleaning, quadrapole cleaning (if allowed by manufacturer), filament replacement (if necessary), multiplier replacement (if necessary), oil change (rough pump(s) & turbo/diffusion pump, fan cleaning & replacement (if required), voltage check, & tune/calibration. Get your instrument checked out & maintained with "Planned Downtime" & avoid "Unplanned Downtime"!

Functionality provides Full Service Contracts, Limited Service Contracts, Software Support Contracts, Phone Support Contracts, Preventive Maintenance Contracts, and will custom a contract to suite your needs. We also provide parts, training, and billed service as needed. We refurbish instruments, upgrade instruments to today's standards, and configure instruments for special projects. We repair & refurbish all brands of mechanical & turbo pumps. We offer on-site service or depot repair.
